MITCHENALL FAMILY HISTORY

When Elizabeth Maryann Mitchenall was born in 1856 in Brixton, Surrey, her father, Amos, was 26, and her mother, Laura, was 21. By the age of 8, her mother seems to have formed a household with one Frederick Cook , and had two further half siblings before her father died in 1867. Her mother then married Mr Cook.

 

Elizabeth also married young, to a Charles McDougall Mann on 13 June 1874. They had a child, Adele Eliza Mann in 1876, who again married young - at 17. 

 

She died on 30 March 1912 in Middlesex at the age of 56.
